Stayed here twice now, such lovely people and I have felt so welcome both times! The rooms are lovely and all amenities are kept clean. There is a bus stop almost directly outside and easy access to tube stations so very handy location too. Highly recommend.
Great location and parking. The host was lovely she was more than accommodating with anything that we needed. House was clean and tidy bed was comfortable too. We shall be booking here again next year. Thanks for having us, see you again.

Four days at Brooklyn house was one of my most memorable experiences in the UK. I saw in Kate and Andy (owners) a level of hospitality that unequalled and so natural. Kate is as hard working as she is welcoming and genuine. They are so happy to help please including going the extramile. Rooms upstairs were excellent. Bathrooms extremely clean. The entire house nice and always kept tidy. It is a place I super recommend especially for a family with children. I definitely want to come back.
We had a delightful one-night stay at Brooklyn House. The room, bathroom, and the entire house were clean. The hosts were exceptionally friendly, polite, and hospitable. We appreciated the level of privacy provided and would gladly return for another stay.
We stayed here Sunday night, met the owners too, very nice people, our room was immaculately clean and decorated really nice, we only stayed one night but will definitely book again if we have any other events in the area.
Fantastic place, rather disappointed there are no tea/coffee facilities in bedrooms. This is a family home, if you don't book the ensuite room you will share the main bathroom and toilet. Overall wonderful place, nice family, very clean very comfortable nights sleep.
We stayed here last night as a family of three, we can not recommend this guesthouse enough. Kate and Andy welcomed us into their home with open arms. It was immaculately clean, great location and child friendly. Our 6 year old is already planning our next trip.
